Hi Star, I just wanted to let you know that PJ arrived safe and that's what we kept his name as. We have snow here so it's going to take him some time to get used to having to go outside in the cold weather to go to the bathroom. I bought him a sweater and some booties for his feet buy I think he will get the hang of it. He's such a doll and already running around chasing the kids. And he really is a snuggle bunny! My mom seen him and WOULD NOT put him down. She wanted me to tell you that she just LOVES him!

Hi Star, I just picked her (our new puppy) up (from the airport) and she is just playing and kissing. She is just so curious and trying to find out where everything is. She is the most perfect puppy ever!! I LOVE HER!! She is adorable. You are right - she is so sweet. I will start her tomorrow on the Eukanuba and Nutri-Source 50/50. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

Hi Star! How are you? I just wanted to let you know that "Baby Girl" is doing very well. I actually have decided to name her Twinkle after your name Star. She's been eating and drinking regularly. It's been wonderful having her as company. She follows me everywhere and comes when I call her. She is very smart, I am really impressed. I just taught her 2 commands - sit and down. I got her nutri-cal and have been giving her a very small amount everyday. I have attached a few pictures that I recently took of her. As she grows older I would be more then pleased to send you more pictures. Everyone just loves her and have asked about where I got her. Hi Star This is Haley Bug. { now known as Lucy} We want to thank you and Ward for such a happy healthy and precious baby. She is spoiled rotten, but so much worth it. I have been trying to get better pictures but she just doesn't like to be still much. Crate training was a breeze. She cried just a little the first night and after that she was great. We just couldn't believe it. She only sleeps in their at night but goes right to bed with out a peep. You two are the sweetest and best people to work with, its been such a pleasure. You deserve 10 stars instead of five. You will always have a great reference with us. Again thank you both so much!! Lucy is even so much more than we expected. Can't even begin to say how much we love her. You and your family are still in our thoughts and prayers. If I ever get another puppy I'll be back to you!

Star We just got home and I can't begin to tell you the look on Jena's face when she saw her. She is just adorable. She sat on Jena's lap all the way home and than she drank but wouldn't eat. I think she had eaten during the day because there wasn't much food in the little bin. It's almost 2:30 now and I am up at about 7 so I will feed her than. We gave her a little lick of the nutra-cal just incase ( it made Jena feel better if nothing else) So thank you for everything, you have been wonderful I will keep in touch and send you pictures. If you would like to use me for a reference on line - I would be happy to.

Star, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I had actually emailed you last week when we got back and it said that it failed to deliver. Our little guy is doing great. We named him Koda, so his full name is now Koda Little Bear. Our little one, KP, was so excited when we brought him home, she mothers him like crazy. They love playing together and now Koda has kind of taken the dominant role (when she lets him). He has taken very well to us. Now I have my own, since KP is quite attached to Matt. He cuddles with me and KP with Matt, its perfect. Here are a few pictures of his first few days home. Thank You soooo much, Tara, Matt, KP, of course Koda!

Hi Star! Well I haven't emailed you in a while and I thought I'd drop you a little note with some pictures of our cutie! She is doing so great and is almost down to zero accidents in the potty training department. She is SO good at fetch and will beg for us to play with her. I've never seen a dog so good at fetch before! We are going to enter her in a contest or something when she gets bigger she is that good at fetch. She's already a little traveler as well. We have been to Florida and New York City. We went on a 4 hour walk through Central Park a week ago and she was such a little lady and greeted everyone! She is so spoiled, sleeps in our bed, and is the queen of the house with her toys and treat EVERYWHERE!! It looks like we have a small child here but its only her! Well here are some pictures, we have a million, we are such proud parents! Her hair is pretty crazy, but both of her ears stood up!!

I don't know if you received the email I sent you the night I picked up Max. I just want you to know how pleased we are with him! He has exceeded our expectations! Hi Star,

Long time no correspond.. I just wanted to send you some pictures of Charlie. He is doing great. The vet said I am taking great care of him. He has had all of his shots including rabies. I took him to get groomed on Friday because he just won't sit still for me to do anything to him but bathe him and his hair was starting to knot because he wouldn't sit still enough for me to brush him, so I had to let the grooming people shave him. Its not bad at all and it will grow back I know and it will be even. Tell Ward I said hello. Love ya!

Hello Star, well it's a little over a month that we have had our Lucy. Boy, she is a bundle. We have tried and tried to get her potty trained and it is only on her terms. She just lays down and goes to sleep. She pulls on are heart strings every time we have to correct her. She is now starting to jump on the couch and have a great time with the others in the household. She went to the vets last thursday for her shots which she did not, I repeat did not like. We had to pamper her. Her personality is really coming out. Her majesty ha ha would like to share a picture of herself. We just adore her. Thank you so much for our little princess. Hope all is well. If you have any suggestions on how to potty train we are at your mercy. Thanks!! Hope all is well!

Hi Star and Ward,
Writing to let you know that little Murphy (that is what we decided on and
it seems to fit him - he already comes when we call him that) anyway, he is
doing GREAT!! He has been eating and drinking, playing with toys, prancing
around and following everyone around the house - he is so curious!! I
brought him to work and we have about 10 babysitting volunteers! ha He won
over everyone - what a personality!! He is very smart too. He did wake up
around 2:30 this morning but he had a very busy day yesterday and he may
have been scared being in an unfamiliar place etc.

Samantha did not want to go to school today but we made her! ha And she is
giving up sleeping over her friends house tonight so that she can be here
with him. Her best friend spent the night last night and they had a ball
with him. Right now he is sleeping up by Scott's neck - cutest thing I've
ever seen!! He is so little though that we have to be careful when walking
because he follows right by our feet. WE LOVE HIM!!!

You guys are the greatest - this has been the best experience and I tell
everyone how lucky we were to find you!! Thank you so much for everything
and for taking such good care of him - it shows! I will keep in touch and
email updates and pics.

We received the puppy and everything went great. He is very cute, and everything seems to be great with him. My wife absolutely love him. Here's Tessa. She is doing so well. I am still so pleased with her. She
is so smart.  We have her using a litter box and she picked it up right
away. Everyone always comments on how smart and beautiful she is.  We
are planning on having some of her friends over (she does doggie
daycare) for her birthday next month (10/24) 1 year old!

Hi there, I wanted to post a review for the Locklear's for anyone who is hesitant to purchase a puppy online. I think I was the worst skeptic and am now a believer. There are many postings who are bogus, however these folks are truly great breeders. The kennel was immaculate and the dogs all seem to be very healthy. I bought a male, Beaux, from them and picked him up the day after Christmas. They made the process very easy and were there to answer any questions I had. Believe me, there were many! I would recommend them for any litters they have. I actually held these little guys for sale and I can tell you, they are adorable! had they been older, I might have gone home with more than one pup. I hope you have as much fun with your new family member as I am having with Beaux. Should you have any questions, feel free to email me.
